With over 20 years of professional design experience, I create consumer centric products, that can be manufactured and brought to market.
Having worked with many companies I have a great understanding how a brand’s message needs to extend to its product and how best to help elevate it with proper design.
What I don’t do is flashy images that can’t be made or that don’t have any basis in reality. I focus on the product working for your company, your manufacturing base and your customer.
My Process
Starting with your product need, we will discuss your customer base, brand, and manufacturing capabilities. Using this for a base I will offer an initial take on how to create a great product with proper trend and market insights.
Taking all market insights, I create product concepts that are filtered with your brand image, costing goals and consumer needs. I know there is no single perfect answer in design and aim to offer multiple concepts for review.
After reviewing all concepts and gaining honest critical feedback, I work to dial-in the options you think works best for your consumer. This includes specifying materials and color direction.
Based on your need, I hand off fully detailed drawings to you and your team. I can work with your manufacturing base to create prototypes and assist with all details right through production.

My Story...
I consider the beginning of my career, starting way back as a junior in high school, when I visited the Rochester Institute of Technology design department. Having grown up as the grandson of an Architect, and son of a Technology Education teacher, I was surrounded by art, design and technology. Upon seeing the Senior Industrial Design exhibit, I knew right away what I wanted to tackle, not only in college, but for a living.
Design, especially product design, combined my love of dreaming up new and creative solutions to solve everyday problems, with real world applications. Having a great love of technical drawing, art, and technology I felt right at home exploring the design process.
Now, having worked at various companies, and in various roles, I know I will always want to create. One of the things I enjoy most about this field is that there is always something new, a new challenge, a new process, a new type of product.
